🛠️ Fixes/Changes:

• Moved weather/time logic to modifyme/sv_customize.lua for custom sync scripts to be integrated

• Removed duplicate/conflicting strings from strings.lua

• Players reflect as dead properly when using wasabi_ambulance

• Increased callback timeout for all server callbacks to ensure slower servers/clients get proper permissions
