• Keep Certain Items On Death - Config option to allow for certain items to be kept when clearing inventory setting is true for bleed out.

• Discord Log Incorrect Death - Our Discord log system for deaths has been revised to accommodate last stand.

• Enabled Keys While Reviving - Enable your primary talk key, or whatever in the config for while reviving.

• Stay In Car On Death Config - Added the ability to enable or disable if the player will stay in their car on death. Some customers have requested that they are not placed in their vehicle on death.

• Remove Dead From Vehicle Target - Has been patched and is showing on vehicles with dead people in them.

• Injury, Revive, and Diagnose Fixes - We had some mysterious diagnose and reviving errors occurring amongst some of our support tickets last week. After some investigation, we realized some unknown injuries such as drowning were the culprit. We will be adding new treatments and such for these soon too!

• Stretchers PATCHED - Yes, those with higher player counts and slower clients not spawning stretchers periodically is now officially resolved and tested on server 30+ players that had the issue occurring previously.

1.10.9 is considered another stable build and patches applied were very isolated. The best 1.10.x update.

🛠️ Fixes/Changes

• mInsurance V2 Compatibility - Added compatibility for ESX/QBCore and the latest mInsurance version. If you experience issues with this config option enabled, please update mInsurance to the latest version.

• Check-In funds to hospital - You now have the ability to set a ManageFunds parameter in your config.lua. This will be either false or the account you wish to deposit check-in funds paid by patients.

• Personal Lockers & UI Medical supplies - Like wasabi_police recent update, we’ve added ability to access personal lockers as well as show your inventory’s UI when accessing medical supplies(If applicable).

• QBCore On-Duty Issues Patched - There was an issue when using default duty of the job on false. That has been resolved.

• Laying Down Before Checking In - Reported by a customer that animations would trigger before the player was checked into a bed.

• Condensed Injury Areas - Causing issues with other portions of injury system, we have edited data.lua to replace all neck and spine injuries to be registered as upper_body for now.

• Option To Charge For Respawn - Like checking in, some of you have requested that you could set prices on when they hold E to respawn. We have obliged and added an option to allow for negative balance for qb-core.

• Unpredictable Injury Symptoms - We have patched healing of bleed on bandages when enabled, the crazy blackout and notification spam when getting severe head injuries, and removed the logic causing extremely slow motion movement.

• Missing NUI Strings(Rare) - I believe we have patched this from small changes to initializing the UI. If it occurs moving forward, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

• New qb-management/banking Compatibility - Added config option Config.OldQBManagement for when using related features.

• Fixes To Clock-In/Out Target(ESX) - Patched issue with off-duty workers not seeing clock-in option of target.

• 1.2.0 Required Bridge - With the new features of inventory, we must require 1.2.0 or higher bridge for this update.

This update has been heavily tested by our team piece by piece. We believe we are very close to V1 final for the resource! Video coming soon with all the new features accumulated since the last video.

Silent Patch

🚑Stretcher Refactor

A completely refactored stretcher system that ensures sync between players, safeguards to prevent various glitches from occurring, and more! Note: Even the stretcher model was redone; so you may need to adjust the offsets for your ambulance placements in configuration if not using stock ‘ambulance’ vehicle.

Requires newest version of bridge (1.1.4)

Silent Patch

This update is in regards to a very small but annoying bug some may experience when attempting to place a player in ‘last-stand’ into a vehicle.

• Respawn Issue Resolved: Fixed a bug where players would respawn at their place of death when DisableHospitalBeds is enabled.

• Revive and Respawn Errors Fixed: Eliminated errors associated with reviving at multiple locations and respawning from bleed out.

• Character Switch Exploit: Players can no longer switch characters during the game to avoid injuries or death.

🌟 New Features:

• Cloakroom Configuration Enhanced: Revamped the employee cloakroom for easier configuration, now with a new prop option.

• Custom Event for 3rd Party Scripts: Integrated a custom event to reset 3rd party injury scripts during any revive/heal event (Refer to game/client/cl_customize.lua).

• Medikit/Bandage Update: Added a new option in config.lua to stop bleeding when using medikits or bandages.

• Death Screen Variety: Introduced Config.DeathScreenType with three different death screen styles (images attached for preview).

Silent Patch

This patches a bug that occurs when holding "E" to respawn when the early respawn timer ends. This bug was only present in those using more than one hospital in their configuration.
